The fired Constitutional Court judges knock on ECHR door
ex-CC judges Gyulumyan, Tokhyan, and Nazaryan filed a complaint with European Court for Human Rights over a bill that fired them for being "above other judges".
HHK MP Hrayr Tovmasyan joined the complaint because he doesn't like that he was demoted from his CC president's seat.
The govt sent materials to ECHR as part of the investigation.
Mishik can breathe a sigh of relief
Serj's fugitive son-in-law Mikael Minasyan's arrest warrant wasn't approved by the judge.
Former regime's outlets earlier circulated "anonymous" rumors that NSS instructed this judge to give an arrest verdict. The rumor was dismissed by the Supreme Court overseeing judges, and the NSS.
The judge didn't find a problem with the probable cause. The arrest was rejected for being unnecessary.
Minasyan is charged with money laundering and a host of other financial crimes. He's hiding in Sochi կուխնի.
Several months ago prosecutors decided to review a murder incident involving Kocharyan's bodyguard who killed a man in Paplavok restaurant in 2001. The bodyguard killed the man for greeting Kocharyan with "Privet Rob".
A British witness Steven Newton came forward recently saying the justice system completely ignored him at the time.
The bodyguard got away with a slap on his wrist.
Today the court found that new evidence has emerged indicating a more serious crime.
Besides Steven Newton, other witnesses were questioned who confirmed that the death wasn't a result of an "accident", but rather group torture.
The court struck down bodyguard's earlier conviction and sent the case to the lower court for a new trial.
Bodyguard Aghamal is told not to leave Armenia.

Pashinyan's COVID briefing:
The Healthcare system is still overloaded. An even stricter lockdown will return if we see that hospitals cannot cope.
We can defeat this only with the cooperation of citizens. After spending time on the streets, I got the impression that people don't fully realize the impact their individual behavior can have on the overall situation.
Don't let it hit you before you do something.
We'll extend the Emergency Situation at least one more time, but we can't do it forever.
137 people broke the self-quarantine rules
Thousands of people are instructed to stay home. Recently a taxi driver went to work after being diagnosed.
Yesterday the police caught a woman who left her home. 137 such incidents so far.
cop vs cab
Police say they approached a taxi to check if they wear masks and the occupants cussed them out before driving away. They chased the car to give a ticket.
The taxi stopped, the passenger got out and punched the cop in the face. The second guy joined the fight.

The Red Cross and Pashinyan office installed 36 booths across Yerevan streets to give away masks and teach safety rules.
"They'll come to provinces soon," said PM.
30,000 face protection gear...
...was donated by London-based Dzavaryan brothers. They are students who converted part of their school into a PPE factory.
ID required before transporting bodies
After the recent colossal f***up that led to a grandma's body going missing from morgue, the Healthcare Ministry began requiring hospitals to attach the patient's ID before transporting the body to the morgue.
A wrong family earlier picked up a wrong grandma's body after visually misidentifying her as their relative.
Someone keeps making bomb threats

NSS uncovers Azeri hackers' plot
NSS report says: Azeri hackers disguised as diasporan Armenians and tried to get military info from Armenian soldiers and their family members.
The soldiers were trained about this social engineering and contacted NSS, with a few exceptions, in which people fell for it.
Azeri regime attacks opponents by labeling them "Armenian"
Popular opposition blogger Mehman Huseynov has been at the center of Aliyev regime's repressions.
Now the regime wants to discredit him by claiming his mother Frangiz Badir Zadeh was Armenian, and that she was adopted by Crimean Tatars, and that her real name was Evgenya Ovanesova (Hovhannesyan?)
Opposition Turan outlet examined the documents that claim the mother was Armenian, and found them to be fake because of some language nuances during USSR.
105yo repatriate has passed away
In March, a 105yo Turkish-Italian-Armenian hat-maker Nurhan Yusupovich wished to have Armenian citizenship after repatriating. Pashinyan gave him a passport.

The battle of ISPs rages on / Competition laws
Context: UCOM ISP's founding director Yesayan was kicked out. Yesayan created a new TEAM ISP and wants to buy financially troubled Beeline ISP.
UCOM isn't happy that TEAM wants to buy Beeline. UCOM itself tried to unsuccessfully buy Beeline earlier.
UCOM claims that TEAM founder Yesayan stole data from UCOM while he was still UCOM's director, and he's now using the stolen data to negotiate with Beeline.
UCOM has asked regulators to halt the TEAM-Beeline merger talks.

"I think we played better today. We didn't deserve to lose. Our lack of focusing led to opponent's 82nd-minute goal," said Heno.
