ARMOIL fuel importing and mixing company (owned by diaspora Armenians) tells the story about how the previous government obstructed their business by making monopolies legal, creating other barriers. Praises Gagik Tsarukyan for keeping the project alive. Criticizes locals acting as environmental activists for spreading fake news about the factory allegedly admitting that it will pollute the surrounding area. Calls out another business owner for giving bribes to local residents to have them close roads as a protest to ARMOIL company's factory construction plans. One of the road closing residents later claimed they didn't exactly know all the details before closing the road. Sanitek Armenia, the company that takes care of Yerevan garbage collection, justifies the shortcomings by claiming they have contacted the former city mayor on multiple occasions to have Nubarashen (area where trash is dumped) road repaired so their trucks can move freely without breaking down. Despite assurances, no works have been done by the municipality.
