General producer Ruben Dishdishyan: It's unbelievable. The movie, directed by Youssif Razikov with the help of the Russian Culture Ministry and Russian-Armenian community, is being distributed by Japanese agencies.
The movie premiered in Nov/2019. It talks about the origins of Sabre Dance and Khachaturyan's biography.

by a Turkish homeowner while renovating his backyard in the western Nazilli region near the Mediterranean.
The stones were moves to a local park.
Robik Kocharyan filed another petition
asking the court to free him from jail, citing his age and COVID risks.
Foreign Ministry says a phased resolution of Artsakh conflict is not on the table,
after Russian MFA Lavrov got "pushy" and claimed it's been an option (Armenia gives lands and Azerbaijan opens borders), which is favorable for Russia because it could introduce their troops in Artsakh according to analysts.
Armenian MFA responded:
There was no phased resolution paperwork on the table during Apr/2019 meeting between AM-AZ-RU.
Armenia has not accepted the pre-2018 offers for a phased resolution.
Armenia has not been engaged with any phased negotiations post-2018.
Armenia will not accept any resolution that doesn't provide full independence and security to Artsakh.
Former mayor of Garni is arrested
and charged with corruption after PM's office snitched, SOC audited, and prosecutors launched an investigation.
Prosecutors say the Mayor leased a land to his wife for pennies. The wife collected millions from subcontractors but didn't pay fees. 14mln in damages since 2006.
A felony case is launched against the wife, too. She is told not to leave Armenia, unless she develops health issues and needs to travel to Russia or France ASAP.
The Stray Animal Neutralization Center
run by Yerevan is under a felony investigation after the municipality's auditors found improper use of resources between Feb/Mar.
Policeman is arrested and charged with multiple briberies.

Relax dude, it was just a prank.
The Emergency Team has relaxed the travel restrictions in parts of Armenia. Inter-province driving is allowed, and the road-check outposts will be removed. The freed-up resources will be targeted towards known risky areas.

"The rise of foreign debt is inevitable, but it will remain manageable. Parliament will discuss."
Armenia will soon launch a system to detect cancer early,
after the Physics Institute used expensive cyclotron device, purchased by Healthcare Ministry in 2019, to successfully create the necessary isotopes for the detection.
They just need to import some toxic liquid from Belgium to do a final test and begin the work. Armenians won't have to travel abroad for this type of medical screening anymore.
Govt approves tuition/loan subsidy for students.
It covers the second semester. This is the 14th COVID aid package.
1) Must be Armenian citizen,
2) 100% tuition subsidy if a last-year student with A-grade,
3) 75% tuition subsidy if a non-last-year student with A-grade, or 100% subsidy if the student qualified for other similar aid.
4) >B-grade students' newly issued loan's interest will become 0%, while the existing loans will become 0% if they qualify for other assistance.
5) <B-grade students' NEWLY issued loan interest will be cut in half to 4%, while EXISTING loans will go down to 4% if the student qualifies for other assistance.
About what % of students will get help?
For example in Shirak State University, there are 600 graduates this year. 150 A-grade students will qualify for a 100% tuition subsidy. This is without counting B-grade and other students who get lesser aid.
Central Bank has 11,150 student loans.
Govt will double the size of postgrad scholarships.

Govt approved a free healthcare expansion to include family members
of contractor soldiers. 16 types of complex surgeries will become fully subsidized. Dental services and joint prosthesis's material costs aren't covered.

Govt approves the massive police reform plan proposed by Justice Ministry.
Its purpose is to improve the recruitment and training of cops, make them more trustworthy in the eye of the public.
The Patrol Agency and Traffic Police will be merged under one unified Patrol Service.
A new Internal Affairs ministry will include a new National Guard (aka existing Police Forces) and a new institute of "detectives".
The reforms will return most of the preliminary investigation's duties to the police. They were transferred to the Investigative Committee in 2014.
The new Detectives Institute will be tasked with solving certain criminal cases and will serve as a link between various agencies.
Police Academy will train policemen to be "intolerant to crime, respect the law, value public safety, etc."
The new policemen should be educated, preferably speak multiple languages.
The police will be more like a "Ministry", which will reduce the Prime Minister's influence and increase Parliament's oversight, a move that has long been encouraged by the opposition.
These changes need to be discussed by Parliament first, before becoming law and being enacted by 2022.
