The Parliament has failed to pass 8 bills, mostly important ones, due to lack of MPs in the session. Two of the bills were presented by HHK itself, about prohibiting protests near churches and giving the Catholicos a government-funded security personal written as a law. HHK and ARF leadership argued that security personal should be given as a matter of law, while QP and BHK argued that the government already provides security whenever its necessary, and a separate law is not needed. HHK MP argued that the law is needed to protect the Catholicos from gays. The bill only received 28 votes, out of 53 necessary. http://www.armtimes.com/hy/article/148591
... This angered Eduard Shawarmazanov, who framed this as an attempt by the new government to protect “gomiks” (the slur “faggot” in Armenian). He then demonstratively left the Parliament session. The rest of HHK followed him out, ignoring their colleague PM Speaker Babloyan's urges to stay and vote on important bills.

HHK has argued that it was Nikol Pashinyan who incited violence on March 1, 2008 by calling for people to attack the government. The records show that Pashinyan called for the crowds to be peaceful, and used the “invade the government” metaphorically while explicitly saying that the "invasion" is them using tents in the public square and other peaceful means of protests. On 2008, when he was charged with hooliganism, he wasn’t charged with incitement of violence on March 1st http://www.armtimes.com/hy/article/148274

The fake news campaign against Pashinyan cabinet members continues. Education Minister’s Facebook post was screenshoted, edited to include typos and a new sentence to make it appear as if he was requiring staff to vote for him. The incident took place the day after HHK was criticizing the Minister for sending his children to private schools http://www.armtimes.com/hy/article/148526
