Gives President Detailed Report of Conditions in Turkey
MARCH 10, 1916
WASHINGTON, March 9.--Henry Morgenthau, American Ambassador to Turkey, made a detailed report today to President Wilson on his work in Turkey since the outbreak of the war.
Mr. Morgenthau also spoke of the need for supplying sufferers in Palestine with more food soon and recounted vivid stories of massacres of Armenians.
