Martakert

File:Martakert-IMG 8228.JPG Mardakert is a small town, very close to the front lines with Azerbaijan. The town changed hands a few times during the war, and is now heavily defended. The November, 2005 Armenia Fund telethon was dedicated to building the infrastructure and economy of this region.
