The natural habitat of this species is rabidly decreasing due to the intensive assimilation of Ararart hollow.

Met in the floristic region of Yerevan.

Grows in dry rocky or loamy hill slopes.

Has huge scientific interest.
Measures of protection
Full control over the remaining populations should be taken. Should be included in the Botanical Park of Yerevan, and in Erebuni reserve.
