Special Cable to New York Times.
The news from Constantinople this morning about the hanging of Kemal Bey is not entirely displeasing.

Kemal Bey, Governor of Diarbekir, was one of the most vicious and cruel murderers of Armenian women and children, but his part was that of an executioner.

The originators of the plan to exterminate the Armenians were primarily Enver, Tallat, and Djemal.

We trust this time no Turkish trickery of any kind will affect the claims of justice. The conscience of mankind will not be appeased until these three bloodthirsty friends of the Young Turks, who cause the atrocious massacre of over 1,000,000 Armenians, are hanged together in Bayazid Square in Stamboul.
