Bastikhov dabag (Bastikh & eggs)

BASTIKHOV DABAG


Ingredients:

4 - 4” squares of bastikh

6 eggs, beaten

2 oz. sweet butter


Directions:

1. Cut sheets of bastikh into 1” square pieces.

2. Place in a skillet with butter and heat over a low flame.

3. When bastikh is softened, add eggs, and scramble.

4. Continue to fry until eggs are well cooked.

Serve as a breakfast item.
