Ms. Zara Chatinyan (MPA, Armenia) is the Local Representative of KfW German Development Bank in Armenia. The Bank investment portfolio is roughly 1 bln EUR in country’s energy, drinking water and irrigation, banking and agriculture sectors, accompanied by a significant technical assistance in policy reforms.

Previously: Ms. Chatinyan has more than ten years of experience of USAID financed projects in decentralization, policy and institutional development, strategic planning and municipal service improvement.

Ms. Chatinyan was selected for highly competitive Muskie Fellowship Program to complete Master Degree in Public Administration from University of Delaware, USA (2000). She also accomplished a four - month Executive Management and Leadership course at Judge Institute of Cambridge University, UK (2003).

In 2015 Zara Chatinyan participated in Donald Rumsfeld Fellowship Program in Washington DC.
