1941 – Born in Bjni, Armenia 1966 – Graduated from Yerevan State College of Art after P. Terlemezyan. 1971 – Graduated from the Institute of Art and Drama in Yerevan. Since 1975 is a member of the Artists Union of Armenia. 1973 – 1976 – Served as a professor at the Art and Drama Institute in Yerevan. Since 1999 – Professor at the Yerevan State College of Art after P. Terlemezyan. 1980- 1991 – Served as the chief artist of State TV & Radio of Armenia. 1993 – 1995 – Served as the Art Director of “02″ Weekly. 1995 – 1999 – Served as the Art Director of “Arevik” Publishing House. 2005 – Received the “Letter of Commendation” Award of the RA National Assembly.


2005 – RA President’s Certificate of Honor.

2009 – Yerevan Mayor’s Certificate of Honor.

2011- RA Cultural Ministry Certificate of Honor.

2013 – Received the title of Honored Artist of Republic of Armenia.

Since 1972 Vladimir Abrahamyan took part in numerous Republican, All-Union and International Exhibitions, among them, personal exhibitions in Tyumen Oblast- Russia (1975), Buryatia – Russia (1976), Sweden (1983), Poland (1983),USA (1986), France( 1991), China (2005).
