Tsougov dabag (Fried fish) Serves 8

Ingredients:

2 lbs. whiting or flounder, trimmed, cleaned and washed salt flour olive oil

Directions:

Salt fish liberally and refrigerate for 15 minutes Rinse well in cold water, and dry with paper towels Coat with flour Fry in oil until well browned on all sides. Serve with jermag fassoulia (white beans), or vspov shorba (brown lentil soup)
