Noushik Mikayelyan is a contemporary poet and writer. She is the author of three collections of poems – “Wait for Me, Sun” (Aleppo, 1997), “Beyond the Winds” (Yerevan, 2002), and “More Than This” (Yerevan, 2008). Born in 1975 in Aleppo, Syria. Since 1997 she lives in Yerevan, Armenia.

1998-1999 She served as Chief Editor Assistant of the official “Literary Newspaper” of the Writers’ Union of Armenia”. 1999-2007 Founding Director of "Bacchus" Art Gallery, Yerevan, Armenia. 2007-2010- Armenian Language Arts and History teacher in KZV, San Francisco, USA Since 2012 - Founding Director of Gala Art Gallery, Yerevan, Armenia.

She is the author of numerous essays and short stories published in Armenian literary journals and newspapers throughout the world.

Her poems are translated into English, Arabic, Persian and Georgian.
