Karnabitov dabag (Cauliflower, fried in egg)
Karnabitov dabag (fried cauliflower and eggs) Serves 4
1 head cauliflower, trimmed and separated into florets 4 eggs, beaten olive oil salt and pepper to taste
1. Saute cauliflower florets in oil until florets are slightly brown. 2. Add florets to beaten eggs and let soak for 10 minutes. . Return florets to oiled pan and fry until well cooked. 4. Serve alone or as a compliment to any entree. 5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
1. Separate florets into very small pieces. 2. Add one large onion, chopped, to florets 3. Saute florets and onions together in oil until florets are slightly brown and onions are transparent. 4. Add florets and onions to beaten eggs and let soak for 10 minutes 5. Ladle floret, onion and egg mixture into oiled pan to produce small omelets. 6. Serve alone or as a compliment to any entree. 7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
