The Tsakat (Arm: ցաքատ[1], ցակատ) is a curved sharp tool used mainly in southern Armenia and Artsakh[2] when clearing paths or hiking. Although they are being used less as people drive more, blacksmiths in Mets Taghlar and Azokh are still producing them. It's very well suited for dealing with the plentiful blackberry plants in these regions, due to the curved tip. The Tsakat is featured in Hovhannes Tumanyan's famous poem, a drop of honey[3].
