St. Apkar Background St. Apkar Armenian Apostolic Church was completed in September 20, 2009 with the presence of His Holyness Arch Bishop Der-Derian. It was constructed to face the homeland of Armenia to the east. Originally back 1/2 a century ago the Hakopyan Family donated the land to build an Armenian Worship Center. A hall was built with the name of Melikian Hall. And Now so long after, it will be used as a banquet hall as St. Apkar Armenian Apostolic Church is built. We are Pround to Pronounce our preist Der-Hayr Serbikyan will hold weekly Services.
