Status
Very rare fern whose rare populations are disappearing. In case of absence of measures of protection will disappear.
Habitat in Armenia
Rarely met in the lake of Lori Marz (Parz Lich, Jhangot Lich).

Grows in slow flows of water. It prefers warm weather.

Has huge scientific value.
Measures of protection
A complex protection of the species is required. A reserve should be developed in the Lori region.
