New church in Berdzor

Lachin is the Soviet name for the region that seperates the southern part of Karabakh from Armenia proper. It is now officially called Kashatagh. The main town, which was also known as Lachin is now renamed Berdzor. The road connecting Goris, Armenia to Shushi, Karabakh and the area surrounding the road is usually referred to as the Lachin Corridor.

The church was built in 2004 and is located at GPS 39 37.96n x 046 32.43e
