List of people who's actions against Armenia(ns) has earned them a place in the Armenian Hall of Shame. The focus of this list is people who have specifically targeted Armenians. people who specifically target Armenians. Even though his rule was harsh for all people in the Soviet Union, Joseph Stalin is included on this list for his actions against Karabakh.
