The Armenian Church usually refers to the Armenian Apostolic Church, named because of its establishment by two of the Apostles, Bartholemew and Thaddeus. The Armenian Apostolic Church itself is divided into two larger parts, with seats in Ejmiatsin and in Antelias, as well as two Patriarchates, in Constantinople and Jerusalem.

There are also Armenian Catholic and Protestant Churches, which are well established in the Armenian Diaspora.
